This is the last Will and Testament of me Richard Rimell of Hanwell in the county of Middlesex, Shop keeper, in manner and form following (that is to say). First I declare that all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses be fully paid off, satisfied and discharged.
I give and bequeath unto Eleanor Price who now lives with me and goes by the name of Eleanor Rimell all my household furniture, plate, linen, china and wearing apparel and for her own sole and absolute use, benefit and disposal.

I give and bequeath all my copyhold estates which I have surrendered to the use of my will and all other my estates and effects of what nature or kind soever the same may be unto Mr John Round the younger of Old Brentford in the County of Middlesex Greater.
To hold the same unto the said John Round his heirs, exors, advisors and assigns and upon the trusts nevertheless as to my personal estate not hereinbefore by me disposed of to convert the same into money and to invest the same together with so much thereof as shall consist of ready money and such as shall be gotten in of debts owing to me in the public funds and to pay the dividends and proceeds thereof together with the rents, issues and profits of my copyhold estates unto the said Eleanor Price otherwise Rimell to and for her own sole, separate and absolute use, benefit and disposal for and during the term of her natural life and from and after the decease of the said Eleanor Price otherwise Rimell upon further trust to sell and dispose of the same copyhold estates either by public auction or private contract and together or in parcels as my said trustees shall think fit for the most money that can be gotten for the same.

And I direct that he do and shall divide the purchase money to arise by such sale or contract and the principal amount so to be invested as aforesaid and all other my estate and effects whatsoever (except as before excepted) into three equal parts one equal third part whereof I give to William Price, Elizabeth Price and Catherine Price of Leominster to be equally divided between them share and share alike or to such of them as shall be living at the time of the decease of the said Eleanor Price otherwise Rimell and to the issue of such as may be then dead leaving any the issue of the deceased be then dead leaving any to be entitled nevertheless to share only among them (if more than one) as the proceeds would have been entitled to if then living and if at the time of the decease of the said Eleanor Price otherwise Rimell there shall be but one of them living and the others shall be dead without issue then I give the whole such part to such only one and I give one other equal third thereof to such of the children of my late daughter Ann Alcock by her husband Samuel Alcock as shall be living at the time of the decease of the said Eleanor Price otherwise Rimell to be equally divided amongst them share and share alike and the issue of such as may then be dead leaving any in like manner as in the last mentioned bequest and in like manner the whole of such third part in case one only then shall be living and the others be then dead without leaving issue and I give the remaining third part to John Sexton of Kensington, Brazier to and for his own use and benefit if he shall be living at the time of the decease of the said Eleanor Price otherwise Rimell and in case the said John Sexton shall be then leaving issue then I give the said remaining third part unto and amongst such issue if more than one share and share alike and the issue of such as shall be then dead in such manner as hereinbefore directed and the better to enable my said trustee to sell and dispose of my said copyhold estates I declare his receipt or receipts for the purchase money shall be sufficient discharge and sufficient discharges to the purchaser or purchasers thereof and that they shall not be obliged to see the application of the purchase money or any part thereof or answerable for the misapplication or nonapplication thereof and I appoint my said trustee the said John Round executor of this my will and revoking all former Will or Wills by me at any time heretofore made do declare this only to be my last will and testament. In witness whereof I Richard Rimell the above named testator have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifteenth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ten.

This Will of Richard Rimell late of Hanwell in the County of Middlesex deceased was proved at London before the worshipful Samuel Pearce Parson Doctor of Laws and surrogate on the seventeenth day of February one thousand eight hundred and twelve by the oath of John Round the sole executor to whom admon was granted having been first sworn duly to administer
